Warranty, Return and Refund

WARRANTY POLICY
Upon your acceptance of terms and conditions as set out under this policy (“Warranty Policy”), we provide this warranty to you that the Products will be free from manufacturing defects and defects in design and workmanship (“Warranty”).
Warranty Period:
The Warranty provided under this Warranty Policy shall commence on the date of delivery of Product to you and the Warranty for each product shall be listed on the product detail page with the complete description about the product (“Warranty Period”).
Eligibility:
This Warranty is non-transferrable and to be eligible for this Warranty, you must present a valid invoice in respect of the Product, as and when requested by us or our representative(s).Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase are not recommended and will void the entire Warranty.
Green Leaf Responsibilities:
Subject to the conditions listed on the respective product details page and during the Warranty Period, Green Leaf at its discretion would (a) repair the damaged Product, (b) replace the damaged Product with new Product, or (c) refund to you the purchase price of the damaged Product, as per the following:

(a) In case of repairing any damaged Product under this Warranty, we will pick up the damaged Product from the address where such Product was delivered and after repairing, we will deliver the repaired Product back to the original delivery address. However, upon your request and at our discretion, we may agree to ship the repaired Product at an address other than the original Product delivery address. (b) Replacement of damaged product will also be shipped to the address to which the damaged product was originally shipped. At the time of delivery, we will also collect damaged Products. However, at our sole discretion and at your request, we may agree to ship a replaced product to an address different from the product’s original delivery address.
(c) Refunds, if any, in case of prepaid orders, will be credited to the same account from which the original order was made for the product(s) and payment thereof . Valid refund requests under warranty will only be processed after we have collected the damaged product. To exclude, to expel:
This warranty does not cover the following types of damage, which are defined as damage caused by improper storage of the product, improper handling, excessive loading and negligent use. This warranty will also not cover wear and tear due to regular use of the product or any variations due to the natural properties of the materials used. Reliance’s decision will be final regarding the nature of the defect and the applicability of the warranty.
Disclaimer:
In no event shall Green Leaf, whether for breach of contract or warranty, tort or otherwise, be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or income or any other costs or damages. This warranty does not extend in any way to personal injury and/or death caused by the user’s own negligence or omission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, remedies under this warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies and Reliance’s entire liability, in connection with or arising from from your purchase or use or damage to the product, regardless of type.

or the cause of such damage or the qualification of the claim (whether in contract or tort), shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the Products as shown on the invoice. This warranty does not cover:
(a) minor defects in the Product that do not meet design specifications or that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product; and (b) claims arising from differences in the Products from the images appearing on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the suitability of the Products before making any purchase. Green Leaf makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability of the product for any particular use. Green Leaf is not responsible for any liability for invalid or unjustified warranty claims. Green Leaf does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the replacement product will be the same or similar to the product you purchased. Green Leaf reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether a product is a damaged product and Green Leaf’s decision in this regard will be final. Green Leaf further reserves the right to charge the requestor all reasonable and applicable costs and expenses (at current rates) related to or arising out of the repair or replacement of the Products.
In the event that a specific warranty for any product or service is provided by a third party, i.e. by the manufacturer of the product offered on the Greenleaf design platform or the originating third party third party product or service provider, such warranty claims are between the third party and you. Green Leaf shall not be liable for these warranties. We have no obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and such third party.
Applicable law and jurisdiction:
This warranty policy shall be governed by the laws of India and any claim arising under this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Revision:
Green Leaf reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this document due to changes in the availability of services, products and/or replacement parts or to comply with policies or rules , applicable laws and regulations, with or without notice.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to provide the best customer experience to our users, from placing an order to initiating a return. When you transact on the Greenleaf design platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience when returning the products you ordered, and you can trust us as your preferred shopping destination. This Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms, sets forth our procedures and policies for accepting cancellations, returns and refunds of Products.

APPLICATION OF THE POLICY

By agreeing to use the Greenleaf Design Platform and/or initiating a request to purchase product(s) on the Greenleaf Design Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification . If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you should not transact on the Greenleaf Design platform.
Please note that we may from time to time modify the policy terms governing returns, refunds or cancellations of your order for products on the Greenleaf Design Platform. Each time you wish to use the Greenleaf Design Platform, please review the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND ORDER REFUNDS
Cancel product
(a) You may cancel an order for all or part of a product before the product is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
(b) If you change your mind about a particular Product order, you may cancel the order placed, based on the unique tracking ID number (which allows users to track the delivery status of the Product bought). you have received from us and request us to process the cancellation by sending an email to Greenleaf Design
(c) After receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and initiate a product refund within 7 (seven) business days of receiving your cancellation request or recalling the product, depending on each applicable case. The amount will be refunded to you via the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Any refunds will be subject to the applicable policies and fees of the user’s bank/financial institution.
(d) In the case of any Made to Order (“MTO”) products, a full refund will only be given if cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24-hour period, no cancellations are allowed.
(e) The cancellation policy mentioned herein does not apply to certain PIN codes. For cancellation policies specific to your delivery location, please enter your PIN in the box provided on the Greenleaf design platform.
(f) Product specific cancellation policies will be mentioned on the product listing page. Cancellation policies for third party products will be mentioned on this product listing page. Return the product
(a) You may initiate a product return request if:
(i) Product is damaged; (b) the product and shipping package are damaged; (iii) The product is defective or inoperable; (iv) missing Product parts or accessories; or (v) the Product ordered is different from the product ordered based on the Product description provided on the Greenleaf Design Platform; You must make such return requests within 7 (seven) days from the date you receive the delivered Products (“Return Period”).

(b) You must keep the product in its original unused condition, along with the original sales invoice/receipt, branded outer box, accompanying MRP label, instructions for use, warranty card and other related documents. original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging for a successful return. upward. (c) If you receive a returnable product under this policy, we recommend that you immediately register a request in this regard on the Greenleaf design platform. We will verify, in our sole discretion, whether:
(a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-conformities claimed in those Products are accepted by us or (b) the defects, damages or non-conformities are due to our fault. us and will therefore be verified, accepted or denied to return the request. For such verification, we may require you to send us pictures of the damaged or defective Product you received and/or allow our staff to schedule a visit to assess the damage. , defects or non-conformity of the Products. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
(g) Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return of such Products, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the product, the brand outer packaging and all accessories therein, no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.
(h) You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product:
(i) if you have placed the order for a wrong product model, colour or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to non-returnable Product category (For instance, personalised Products or made to order Products that are not suitable for return based on their nature), (iii) if you fail to request return/register a complaint in relation to the Product within the Return Period. Any damage to the Product caused by your improper wearing or safekeeping of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deem such Product returnable and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding. (f) You may return the product(s) purchased from us provided that the product(s) meet the required conditions below:

(i) The Product has not been used, cleaned or altered by you.
(ii) The accompanying price tag/barcode, label, original packaging materials and accessories are intact and have not been altered, damaged or discarded by you.
(iii) The product may not be modified, unless a supplier defect has been proven.
(iv) Returns are made to the purchase order and from the same account and the product serial number/barcode matches our records.
(v) No odors, perfumes, stains, dents, scratches, tears(vii) Returned products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and in salable condition.
(viii) We are satisfied that the Products are not defective or unusable.
We reserve the right to refuse a request to return a Product if it does not meet the above conditions.
(g) Returns of purchased Products are facilitated by our reverse logistics partners. Once a Product return request has been received on the Greenleaf Design Platform and duly confirmed by us, our reverse logistics partners may contact you to collect the purchased Products from you. (h) There may be differences in fabric color and wood finish between product images listed on the Greenleaf design platform and the actual product, which may be due to differences in monitor calibration and resolution on different screens. Products may not be eligible for return in certain such and certain other cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as the wrong model or color of the product ordered or the product being was set incorrectly.
Compensation
(a) When submitting a request to return or cancel a product on the Greenleaf Design platform, you may request a refund for the product. Any such refund will only be made to you if we have received payment for the products.
(b) Please note that when you choose to cancel or return a Product, after we verify and evaluate the Product and related documentation, a refund for the Product qualifies for return under the following terms: The terms of this policy will be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date we verify the defect or non-conformity of the Product. Your refund will only be processed upon meeting such conditions as we may specify, such as returning the product in its original condition, with the price tag intact, including packaging the origin of the product, the outer packaging of the product brand and everything. Accessories are found there. To be clear, we will not issue refunds for any products found to be ineligible for refund based on our verification and review. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method chosen by you. (d) Refunds to the User do not include any amount paid towards shipping costs or any other similar charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event that the Products delivered are defective or damaged (for reasons attributable to and accepted by Products in damaged or defective condition must be verified and inspected by us for damage or defects.
(e) We reserve the right to refuse a refund request for a product if the product does not meet the quality conditions set forth in this policy during our assessment following the return of the product there. In such cases, we may notify you and resend the returned product without refund.
