What is the estimated delivery time?
To know the estimated delivery date in your city, please enter your PIN in the box available in the “Add to Cart” option on the product page.
Once an order is placed, we will send an estimated delivery time in the order confirmation email.
You can then track your order in the "Orders" page here.
 
 
How can I track my order status?
Log in to your Urban ladder account and click the Track Order link on the top left of the website to track your order!
 
 
 
 
Here's a quick explanation of what each tracking status means:
 
 
 
 
 
Placed - This means the order has been placed and confirmed.
 
 
Ready to ship This implies that your order has been quality checked and is ready to go to the next station.
Delivered - This means the product(s) have been shipped from our distribution center and are on their way to the delivery center in your city.
Once the product(s) arrive at the delivery center in your city, you will receive a call from our delivery team to schedule further delivery and installation.
 
 
Delivery - This means the product(s) are on their way to your home.
 
 
Awaiting installation - This means the product(s) have been delivered and the installation team will be on-site to install the product within 48 hours.
 
 
Delivered This implies that your order has been successfully delivered and installed at your home.
 
What warranty does Greenleaf Design offer on its products?
The warranties we offer vary from product to product, depending on the materials used.
Please refer to the Warranty tab on each product page for warranty details.
 
 
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
We want you to try us, see what we have to offer, order from us, experience the joy of seeing a beautifully designed product at home before giving you a discount on what you buy that from us.
So we don't offer first time discount.

I want to personalize one of your products, can I do so?
So sorry!
We do not make custom requests for our products.
However, we do have the Urban Ladder Create product.
We have incredible options for sofas and you can create a special sofa according to your wishes and we will make it happen!
You can choose the color, material, style, size, mattress type, back style and back height you want.
 
 
 
 
That said, we have a wide range of products available in a variety of finishes/shades/configurations and we will help you find the right product for your needs.
 
 
Are there shipping or installation fees?
Correct!
A small delivery fee will be applied based on the cart value found on your cart page.
Additional fees may apply if your delivery location is outside our service limits.
Installation and cleaning after delivery are our responsibility.
